DAILY CLASSES

We offer daily classes at the studio, a number of which are also simultaneously live-streamed for online participation.

 

To participate in in-studio or online classes, please sign up online, and please note the following:

 

• The sign up window for all classes closes 15 minutes prior to the start time.

• Cancellation policy: you must cancel 2 hours in advance of the start time of any in-studio class that you sign up for, failing which you will lose the class, and a $10 cancellation fee will be automatically applied to your account. Please cancel online. Emailing, calling, or visiting the studio will not be accepted as effective cancellation. No-shows charge: $20

• Latecomers are not permitted for in-studio classes, so you will lose the class if you fail to show up on time, and the $20 no-show charge will also apply.
