Kids Yoga Classes

This is a six-week series, designed for children ages 9-12 years old.  (Please contact the studio if your child is outside of this range, but you wish to enroll him/her).  Children  will learn how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and visualization techniques. They will also learn fun and challenging poses, partner and group poses, breathing and basic anatomy, which contributes to self-respect and respect for others.  And, stretching and mobility work will be included in the class, which will be beneficial for all children, and especially those who participate in any athletic activities.

$90 +HST for all 6 classes
